100 Days Ultimate Fitness Challenge-

Starting from 02/09/2024 ending on 10/12/2024.

The Best Visible Transformation will get 10k INR(UPI/BANK TRANSFER)
You compete in a group so start date and end date of competition is fixed and same for all the participants.
As it's a group challenge, there is no option of freezing the package under any circumstances.
Pictures of participants at the beginning of the challenge will be compared with pictures at the end of the challenge to measure the transformation so it's You vs You.
For transparency, you will have to share pictures using a unique code that would be provided to you by us - 1 at the beginning and 1 at the end of the challenge.
Pictures would be shared on social media (No names would be shared and face of participants can be blurred if the participant wishes so)
Final decision on winner will be mine (Since I will be mentoring and guiding each participant closely, I will have a better view of everyone's transformation)
Challenge duration is 100 Days, starting from 2nd September 2024 and will end on 10th December 2024. To participate in the challenge participants must enroll by 25/08/2024.

Package will include the following:

Fully personalized diet and workout plan, Gym/Home (video/gif/pdf).

Should you chose this package it will be a 3 Stage Process:

Pre Consultation Stage

You will receive a form in Word file format requiring you to fill in your details and mail it back to me.

Consultation Stage

We will get on a prescheduled call to understand your requirements, clarify doubts and questions, validate the details shared by you in the form etc.
After the 1st call you will receive your diet + workout plan within 24 - 48 hrs of our call
You can call/WhatsApp to clarify and doubts on the plan that would be shared with you.
Weekly interactions to review and alter(if required) your meal and exercise plans.
Phone, WhatsApp and email support throughout for all of your queries.
Special meal planning for special occasions like work travel, holiday, wedding, festivals, etc.

Post Consultation Stage:

At the end of the package we get on a final call for a 2-way feedback
A post- consultation document summarizing all the learnings from the program and also practical guidelines for most of the situations you will face going forward.

Points to note

If you need a call to clarify, the same has to be scheduled at least 2 hrs in advance. Call availability is between 10AM to 8PM IST. For overseas clients, timing would be adjusted.
WhatsApp responses could be delayed by an hr or two at times.
